Mycobacterium is a kind of slender and slightly curved bacteria, named after the tendency of branching growth. The cell wall contains a large amount of lipid, mainly mycotic acid, which is not easy to stain. If the stain can resist the decolorization of strong decolorizing agent hydrochloric alcohol after heating or prolonging the dyeing time, it is also called acid fast bacteria, and is not easy to break the wall. In this experiment, the ATS wall breaking machine processed the samples in two parts and compared the wall breaking results.
