Working principle

The plunger rod forces the material to fill the high-pressure cylinder through a specially designed microporous channel embedded with diamond in the homogenization chamber.

When the material passes through microporous channels, supersonic micro jets are generated. Due to its high speed, this supersonic micro jet generates strong shear and impact effects

effectively crushing material particles. Thus obtaining a thoroughly mixed and uniform product with a finer texture.
