PTH-10 High-Pressure Microfluidizer, max working pressure up to 2700 bar with throughput of 10 L/H. Minimum processing volume is 15ml and residual volume less than 0.13ml. Ultra-high pressure microjet shearing achieves 50nm ultrafine dispersion, ideal for precision lab research and compatible with 130°C sterilization.

2.Homogenizing Valve Core Material: Zirconia Ceramic (Sanitary Grade)

3.Sealing material: PTFE (imported sanitary grade)

4.Plunger material: Zirconia ceramic (sanitary grade)

5.Pump head material: high strength duplex stainless steel 2205/2507 and stainless steel 316L composition

6.Check valve material: Stelli alloy zirconia ceramic

All contact materials comply with FDA and GMP certification standards. The contact material is made of 316L stainless steel, zirconia ceramic, Stelli alloy, fluorine rubber sealing ring, ultra-high molecular import UPE, and the roughness of all pump inner wall and plunger is less than Ra0.1
